RUSTIC BUFFALO RETURN POLICY

We have a very strict policy related to returns or exchnages. There are no returns or exchnages on any merchandise. In turn, the Artisan has already been reimbursed from the sale of your item, as we are an Artisan community. RUSTIC BUFFALO is very transparent with our Return/Refund Policy which allows for the customer experience to be more straightforward----there are no gray areas or exceptions at any of our stores, our Sip & Shops or through On-Line Purchases. THERE ARE SIMPLY NO RETURNS

INSPECTION OF ITEMS: Please inspect all items carefully, before purchasing them. Many items that we carry are hand-made, have imperfections and/or are unique to the Artistrty. These are NOT to be considered Defects and are features of the manufacturing process.

COLORS OF ITEMS: It is entirely possible, as with most items in this world, might lose their colors based on washing, sunlight or environment. If care of the item is provided, following the care instructions is very important. Care of the item/garment is the customer's responsibilty.

SIZES DISPLAYED ON GARNMENTS: Sizes displayed on the garnments are only for reference and might not be standard. Customers are responsible for choosing the size and if you have think it may be an issue, you can certainly try the item on BEFORE leaving RUSTIC BUFFALO as we have a safe and secure fitting area. ANY customer who has left after picking up their item, loses the ability to return their item.

LOOSE STITCHES/BEDAZZLED ITEM/GLITZ ITEMS: ANy of these items should be inspected PRIOR to leaving RUSTIC BUFFALO. Many of these items are permable and will not returned/exchnaged in any situation.

WHY NO RETURNS/EXCHNAGES???

YOU MIGHT ASK:

1) We think is gross to seel you items that have been in someone elses Home or officve space

2) Becuase you DO NOT want to waer an item, cover yourself up with an item, lay your head on an item or even cuddle with an item that someone else has, even if it's just once.

3) We are simply an Artisan Community and all of the items that are sold at RUSTIC BUFFALO benefit close to 200 Artsians. Those Artisans are paid accordingly and we are not willing to take any items back. We keep our prices reasonable for YOU, and YOU ONLY! To entertain any kind of returns we would have to incur a 30% additional cost, which means we would have to pass that cost down to you, the customer. We will Not do that! Instead, make sure you are purchasing the product you are going to keep, use and ensure if you are gifting, that they will love it too.

RUSTIC BUFFALO DAMAGE/BROKEN POLICY YOU ARE 100% COVERED

This part is amazing! If RUSTIC BUFFALO sent a package inside the U.S. that was lost, damaged, or had broken or missing pieces and it is covered by insurance! Isn't that great????? You, the customer, will have to file an indemnity claim with the USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE) Your item is covered up to $100.00 as wRUSTIC BUFFALO has secured that insurance, just for YOU! Here are the Steps:

1) You will need to file a claim with the United States Postal Service. Our policy states that this is done by the Customer.

2) Check for Filing Periods:

Each mail service has a different filing period. The filing period is based on the mailing date on your receipt and whether your package arrived damaged.

Damaged or Missing Contents:

If your item arrives damaged or is missing contents, you may file a claim immediately but must file no later than 60 days after the mailing date.

Lost Mail or Package:

If your item does not arrive at all, file a claim in the time period for the service between 15 Days and 21 Days.

3) Including the right documentation with your claim helps USPS® approve it more quickly. Save all your evidence documents until your claim is resolved.

Tracking or Label Number

The tracking or label number is found on your online label record, package label, mailing receipt, or sales receipt. Tracking and label numbers are between 13 and 34 characters.

Evidence of Insurance Purchased

Any of these items show evidence of insurance:

Original mailing receipt issued at the time of mailing
Outer packaging showing the names and addresses of the sender and the addressee and the proper label showing that the article was sent insured
Printed electronic online label record or computer printout from the application used to print the label and purchase the insurance

Proof of Value

Proof of value is the cost or value of an item when it was mailed. Any of these can be used to show proof of value:

Sales receipt
Paid invoice or paid bill of sale
Statement of value and/or estimates of repair costs from a reputable dealer
Credit card billing statement
Receipt of costs incurred for reconstruction of non-negotiable documents
Printouts of the online transaction identifying the purchaser and seller, price paid, date of transaction, description of item purchased, and assurance that the transaction status is completed

Proof of Damage

Photos that clearly show the extent of damage will help with your case. For damaged claims, you’ll also need to provide an estimate of the repair costs from a reputable dealer.

Save the original packaging and everything in the package until your claim is settled.
Do not throw out damaged items, even after you photograph them.
Do not reship items that were not damaged. Save them with the damaged items.
You may be asked to take the entire package to your local Post Office™ facility for inspection.

The fastest and easiest way to file your claim is online. If you cannot file a claim on USPS.com, you can start a claim process by mail. After you file, keep all your evidence documents until the claim is resolved.

Filing Online

To file online, log in to or create your free FILE A CLAIM with USPS Your claim case will be associated with your account.

You will be able to save your claim to finish later if you cannot complete the form in one session.
Once you have filed a claim, you can see it in your Claim History.

RUSTIC BUFFALO has asses the extra security for damaged and lost items. We ask that you wollow through as RUSTIC BUFFALO is not able to anything for you once the item leaves our property. We Thank You !

RUSTIC BUFFALO PICK UP POLICY: If you have ordered an item on line, you will receive an email as to when you item is Ready for Pick up. Your Item must be picked up within 30 Days of the notification that was sent to your email. Unfortunately, after 30 Days the item will be donated to Charity for resale. It is very important that you pick up your item within the 30 Days. If your item is donated to Charity, you are not eligible for a return, exchange or credit for donated items.
